Global Game Jam 2010 Results

The Global Game Jam 2010 Las Cruces event was educational, inspirational, and just plain fun. I got to learn a new programming language: ActionScript3, and contribute to a great game called "Bird". Even though I was just learning the language and the environment (Mac Osx), I was still able to write a wind particle system and the bird flying dynamics. I had a great time and met a lot of new people. I was very impressed by the creativity and artistic skills of the people who participated. I look forward to next years event.
